Recognize the symbolic actions of Christ and the founding of His Church.

Celebrate the school liturgy weekly.

Understand the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Anointing of the Sick.

Study the Sacraments of Matrimony and Holy Orders.

Learn about sacramentals.

Understand the Liturgical year.

Review the Beatitudes.

Look at the mercy of God.

Discuss the cardinal virtues.

Discuss human rights and the sacredness of all human life.

Learn about God’s grace in our lives.

Learn about Mary as the example of true womanhood.

Discuss human sexuality in light of Church teaching.

Students Will:

Compare different types of prayer.

Know the major and minor prophets.

Know the Twelve Apostles.

Practice the Acts of Faith, Hope and Charity.

Recognize Books of the Bible.
