Families participating in the Scrip Program will receive a tuition credit in the form of a voucher. The credit will be equal to 50% of the profit made from your purchases. The profit percentage is indicated on the order forms. Click For Examples

TUITION VOUCHERS

Tuition vouchers are issued twice a year.

TUITION VOUCHER USAGE

Tuition Vouchers may be used in one of four ways:

1. USING YOUR VOUCHER
• Use your voucher on the designated tuition payments by including the voucher with your tuition payment and deducting the value of the voucher from your payment.
2. DONATE YOUR VOUCHER
• Donate your voucher to the Parent Group, Sr. Carolyn’s Tuition Assistance Fund or the 8th Grade Fundraiser. You may do this by checking “Parent Group”, ”Sr. Carolyn’s Tuition Assistance Fund”, or "8th Grade Fundraiser" on the voucher and returning it to the school by December 1, 2008 and June 1, 2009.
3. DEFER YOUR VOUCHER
• On Voucher #1 you will have the option of deferring your credit to Voucher #2 and taking your entire credit at once in June.
4. DOING NOTHING
• If you choose not to use/assign your credit by December 1, 2008 we will automatically defer your voucher to the May voucher. If you choose not to use/assign your credit by June 1, 2009, it will automatically be deducted from your tuition balance.

There will be no checks cut for tuition vouchers.

TUITION VOUCHER LIMITS

Minimum Amount: $5.00 per family for the entire year, no voucher will be issued for less than $5
