Wedding Coordinators

The wedding coordinators of St. Michael the Archangel Parish are a group of women who assist the bride and groom with their wedding rehearsal and their wedding day at the Church. We meet twice a year and use the St. Michael Parish wedding calendar to schedule our wedding assignments. You can choose weddings to fit your schedule! Wedding coordinators usually work in pairs. Training is provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contacting the bride or groom two to three weeks prior to the ceremony to collect information for the wedding rehearsal and to answer any questions that they might have pertaining to their special day at St. Michael the Archangel Church.
• Conducting the wedding rehearsal. This usually takes place one or two days before the wedding.
• Assisting the bride and groom and wedding party on the day of their wedding at the Church.
