On Saturday May 18, the Archdiocese of Detroit will ordain three men to the priesthood. Among the three to be ordained is James Grau, a parish son. The Grau family have been members of St. Michael’s for a number of years, having sent all of their children to St. Michael’s school.

On Sunday May 19, Fr. Grau will celebrate his first Mass here at St. Michael’s at noon. There will be a parish reception in his honor immediately following that Mass. It is always a very special occasion in the life of a parish when one of its own seeks to serve the Lord as a priest.
